Joseph J. Vale — Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Vale is responsible for the investment management services and operations at Parkview. His investment career, which began in 1966, has included positions as an investment analyst at Lazard Frères and subsequently as head of the International Private Banking investment department in New York for both Citibank and, thereafter, JP Morgan & Company, before joining Enpro International in 1994. He received his BA degree from Yale College and his MBA in finance from Columbia University. He served as an officer in the United States Air Force.
Locke McLean — Managing Director and Senior Client Advisor
Locke McLean is a Managing Director of Parkview Wealth Management. Before joining Parkview in 2011, he was a Managing Director of the Forbes Private Capital Group and Guggenheim Partners. Prior to that, Locke spent 25 years of his professional career at JP Morgan & Co where he had a number of responsibilities including head of the Private Banking Office at 55 Wall Street, head of the Private Banking Office in London and senior relationship manager in London for Greek ship owners and Saudi merchant families.
Paula J. Mueller — Managing Director and General Counsel
Paula J. Mueller is General Counsel and Managing Director of Parkview Wealth Management. Before joining Parkview in 2012, she was General Counsel and Managing Director of Rockefeller & Co, Inc. and prior to that position, she was a partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, a New York law firm. Her major areas of practice include advice to high net worth individuals, foundations and endowments, business securities and partnership law and regulatory advice. She received a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. in history from Cornell University. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Rockefeller Trust Company, N.A. and chairs its Audit Committee. In addition, Paula is a Trustee of the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, Corporate Secretary and Board member of the Drama League, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Board member of the Design Trust for Public Space and has been active in various other community and Bar Association activities.
Joan R. Gregory — Global Equity Manager
Ms. Gregory’s primary responsibilities include managing equity portfolios; the selecting and assessment of outside stock and hedge fund managers; and providing research support, as required, with respect to non-U.S. fixed-income securities. Prior to joining Enpro International, she was a portfolio manager at U.S. Trust Company and thereafter at Scudder Stevens and Clark, where she specialized in European equity fund management. A citizen of Ireland, she has a BA degree from University College Dublin and an MA degree from Columbia University School of International Affairs. She is a Trustee of International House at Columbia University and Chairperson of the investment committee, which manages the House’s endowment portfolio.
David F. Pagliaro — Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Pagliaro joined the firm in 2015 after having spent 27 years at Rockefeller & Co., most recently as Chief of Wealth Management Administration and Chairman of the Operating Committee. Previously he had held positions in trading and cash management at Greditor Growth Fund, Smith Barney and Kidder Peabody. He is an expert in automated reconciliation processes, data aggregation reporting, data integrity controls, transaction processing and the design and implementation of process controls and procedures. He received his BA degree from Pace University in New York.
Stavroula Nestoros — Head of Investment Administration
Ms. Nestoros joined Enpro/Parkview in 1984 and her primary responsibilities have included overseeing all of the New York investment department’s administrative activities, including client communications, investment documentation, and interfacing with the trust and operations personnel of outside financial institutions. She has a BA degree from Queens College, New York, and an MA from New York University.
Joseph M. Minerva — Purchasing Manager
Mr. Minerva joined Enpro/Parkview in 1983 and is responsible for purchasing and logistics (coordinating, receiving, consolidating and shipping worldwide) for both the personal and commercial assets of our clients. He has more than 40 years of project management experience in a broad range of industries. Mr. Minerva’s manufacturing experience covers electronics, aerospace (lunar module L.E.M.) refrigeration and air conditioning, steel fabrication and automotive. He has managed construction projects for single- and multi-family homes as well as commercial space. Mr. Minerva has purchased and retrofitted marine vessels of up to 65 meters and has acquired and refurbished numerous luxury automobiles and industrial generating and processing plants. His expert sourcing experience has been utilized to acquire art and furnishings on our clients’ behalf. He has a BA degree from the State University of New York at Farmingdale.
